environment.
Best House Ever is attempting to mainstream green and 'social' building. Our vision is to build homes that create wealth at all levels of society, from the homeowner, to the financier, to the developers, to the construction workers, and to the environment upon which society depends
Best House Ever is built upon a belief that there need not be a trade off between profit and benefit. Our experience in multiple industries shows that companies can generate both, creating outstanding returns. To achieve this end, our design process includes working with new technologies, new business models and new partners from across both government and nonprofit sectors to truly create the Best Houses Ever.
Best House Ever has assembled a team of experts from across industries to design and implement this initiative. Our strategy is to simplify key aspects of the building and development process that have become bottlenecks in the adoption of green building. Furthermore, we intend to infuse the real estate business with lessons learned about social welfare in other social enterprises and business development expertise we have gained around the world.
